2012 Mid-Canada Boat Show
This year's boat show will take place from March 1-4, 2012 at the Convention Centre in Winnipeg . The show displays three floors of everything you need for summer fun - the newest boats and motors, camping, fishing and water sports equipment, from the top manufacturers and suppliers in the industry. Volunteers needed for the Boat Show
We are looking for volunteers to help staff our booth as well as the Discover Boating booth at the Boat Show. If you're interested in helping out for a couple of hours, please contact our office at 925-5648.

Team Winter Training
The date for the next team training camp in Victoria , BC for Lasers, 29ers and 2.4ms is February 17-20.
Midwinter's in Alamitos Bay
The Midwinter's and a two-day training camp before the regatta will take place from March 21-25 in Alamitos Bay in Los Angeles and are for Lasers only. We have still some open spots on the trailer for this event and if you know of anyone who is interested in going and can manage to get a boat in Vancouver/Victoria, please let us know.
Used Lasers
We might be able to bring back some used Lasers from out West. Please call 925-5647 for more information.
Team Cross Country Skiing
We will be starting with our cross country skiing outings as soon as it snows!. Every Saturday we will meet at 11:00am at a different site in Manitoba for some skiing. You don't need to have any skills and you can go at your own pace. This is not a competition for a change

CYA U19 National Sailing Championships
The U19 will be hosted from August 28 - September 1, 2012 by the Gimli Yacht Club. The planning committee is well on their way to organizing this big event, but we are still looking for sponsors and volunteers.
