Team Event at Falcon Ridge
On Sunday, January 6 th , Team Toba had their first team event at Falcon Ridge for some Skiing/Snowboarding. Thanks to Athlete Rep Dylan's excellent organizational skills, nine team members made the trip and had a blast. With a beautiful view of Falcon Lake , but only a couple of lifts and runs, Falcon Ridge turned out to be better than expected. The Team returned home sore and bruised but definitely prepared to go back next year.

The LTAD originated as an initiative
of the Canadian Federal Government. The Canadian framework
describes seven stages of long term athlete development,
a training, competition and recovery program based
on developmental age rather than chronological age.
